Definitions

“Client”, “you”, and “your” refer to the individual accessing the Service. “Company”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Zgrow Solutions Private Limited. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to provide our stated services to you, in accordance with and subject to the prevailing laws of India.

Services and Payments

We aim to provide the best possible learning experience; however, learning outcomes are subjective and cannot be guaranteed. All fees are payable in advance and, given our already discounted pricing, all payments are final and non-refundable except as expressly set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Scheduled sessions that are missed due to our oversight will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time. Delays or failures caused by technical issues, platform outages, or force majeure events (including weather or natural disasters) do not entitle you to a refund.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@schoolofai.io if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms.

Cookies

We use cookies on the Service in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By accessing the Service you agree to our use of cookies. Cookies help us provide a smoother experience by remembering your preferences and enabling certain functionality. Some affiliate or advertising partners may also set cookies.

License and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Zgrow Solutions Private Limited and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on the Service. All rights are reserved. You may access this material for your personal, non-commercial use only, subject to the restrictions in these Terms.

• Sell, rent, or sublicense any material from the Service.

User Contributions

Parts of the Service allow you to post comments or other content. Zgrow does not pre-screen these contributions and the views expressed do not necessarily reflect ours. We may monitor and remove any content that we consider inappropriate, offensive, or in breach of these Terms. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for user contributions or for any loss or damage arising from them.

By posting content on the Service you warrant that:

• You have all necessary rights and consents to post the content.

• The content is not defamatory, libelous, offensive, indecent, or otherwise unlawful, and does not invade any person’s privacy.

You grant Zgrow a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, and authorize others to use, reproduce, and edit your contributions in any form or media.

Hyperlinking to Our Content

Government agencies, search engines, news organizations, and online directory distributors may link to our Service without prior written approval, provided the link is not deceptive, does not falsely imply sponsorship or endorsement, and fits within the context of the linking site.

Other organizations wishing to link to the Service may request approval by writing to support@schoolofai.iowith their name, organization, contact details, and the URLs involved. Please allow 2–3 weeks for a response. Use of our logos or artwork requires a separate trademark license.

iFrames

You may not create frames around our web pages that alter the presentation of the Service without our prior written permission.

Content Liability

We are not responsible for any content that appears on your website. You agree to defend and indemnify us against all claims arising from content on your site. You must not include links on your site that could be considered libelous, obscene, criminal, or that infringe any third-party rights.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
