Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for services provided by AI365, operated by Zgrow Solutions Private Limited. Please read it carefully before making any payment.
1. Nature of Services
AI365 provides digital educational content, mentorship, and access to a content management system. Because our services are delivered digitally and consumed immediately, please review course details, curriculum, and pricing carefully before completing a payment.
2. Refund Eligibility
All payments made toward course fees or mentorship programs are final and non-refundable. In particular, refunds are not provided based on subjective dissatisfaction with content or teaching style.
For broken transactions where payment was debited but enrollment was not confirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded by the payment gateway to your original payment method within 5–7 working days in line with RBI guidelines.
3. Cancellation Policy
- You may stop attending courses at any time; however, such cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any portion of the fees paid.
- Sessions missed due to our oversight will be rescheduled to an alternative date. No refund is provided for rescheduled sessions.
- Delays or failures caused by technical outages, platform downtime, or force majeure events (including weather or natural disasters) are not eligible for refunds.
4. Payment Gateway and Processing
We are not responsible for third-party transaction fees charged by payment gateways or card networks. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment source. Technical outages and force majeure events on the payment gateway’s side are outside our control and are not eligible for refunds from us.
5. Duplicate Payments
If you are charged more than once for the same transaction, notify our support team within 48 hours at support@schoolofai.io with proof of the duplicate transaction. Once verified, the duplicate amount will be refunded to the original payment source.
